I agree with marm.
You can also try their customer service phone number:
';To contact us by phone, please call our toll-free Customer Service number: 1-800-LANCOME';
Talking to a person is sometimes more relieving than waiting on an email response.How to I complain to Lancome?
If you are upset with a product you bought from them, the best thing to do is go to where you bought it from, i.e the makeup counter at Macy's or wherever. They can usually fix the problem and give you a refund or something. Lancome is a huge corporations and they are not going to contact you back just because you wrote them an e-mail. If you had some kind of very serious reaction to their products, then you may have a lawsuit. Otherwise I would suggest taking it up with the people with whom you bought the product. Hope this helps
Try this: http://www.lancome-usa.com/services/cust鈥?/a> I apologize if you have already. XD Here's their number: 1-800-LANCOME. It's toll-free, so you won't have to worry about fees. I hope this helped. ^____^
Take it to the counter you bought it from first, but if it is indeed a problem that the company needs to know about, it is best to write them a letter. Living in the UK would be a different approach than talking to a USA 800 number, folks. You lot need to learn to read.
