Hard to use at first until you get the hang of it. I poked myself in the eye the first time! But once I got a handle on it, I actually liked it. It made it easier not to apply too much in one section so there were fewer clumps to comb out.
Plus I think Lancome has one of the best mascaras out there. Almost as good as Dior Show.
