Don't believe who ever is telling you to use face soap. You should NEVER, NEVER, EVER use anything else other than eye makeup remover for your eyes. That area is very delicate and you only want to use products especially made for it.
For the rest of your face, use a cleanser and moisturizer that's for your skin type.

Yes, it will work. I have a Lancome Eye make-up remover and it gently removes all my eye make up and the rest of my make up. It is like any other make up remover, but made differently to go softer on your eyes, so it doesnt irritate, or hurt if you get it in your eye.
your face wash will take it off just fine. their eye makeup remover is a little too oily to use on your skin without washing it off... but your cleanser is meant to take off makeup anyway so you'll be fine.
no u dont use eye makeup remover...use face soap to remove yor concealer
or use make remover wipes to remove concealer
yes. eye makeup remover is just a gentle version of makeup remover, made so it won't irritate your eye.
i reccomend you dont because there is oil in eyemakeup remover which can lead to skin problems
